Heather & Heaven

Heather is one of the most amazing people I have ever known. She is so humble and optimistic. Her cup is always half full. I had the pleasure of photographing her and her very talented daughter Heaven for a special mother-daughter session. Heather has done an awesome job raising Heaven. I can only pray that Jada and I will share a similar relationship when Jada gets older. We started our day in my studio and then headed over to the infamous Creek Park, in La Mirada for some out door stuff.

Thanks for a great shoot girls and I look forward to watching Heaven on stage in the near future.

Kelly and Jonathan

I met Kelly at Cal. State Long Beach, when we both joined Delta Sigma Pi. Ahhhh, my college years- what a blast it was! ...( late nights, early mornings....ok, ok, I will stop reminiscing and come back to 2009....
I haven't seen Kelly I think since JP and I married in 2003. Since then she married Jonathan and lived in Alaska for a year. She is now back because Jonathan is in the United States Army and is going to deploy to Iraq in February. They have a little guy on the way and although her belly isn't that big yet, Kelly and Jonathan wanted to capture this time before he leaves. When Jonathan comes back the baby will be 10 months old.

Thanks for serving Jonathan may God bring you home safely.

The Ackerman's

I met the Ackerman's a year ago, when Brady was 2. His mom had given up on taking him to the mall for photos, because it always ended up in a disaster. So I was back again this year for his 3 year old archiving. :) He's a lot of fun. He showed me all his cool toys like his Hot wheel scooter and Lighting Mc Queen Car. He even has his own personal sand box! Every kid wants one of those, those are like the coolest thing ever! ( Every time I'm around little ones, I think of all the little ones I watched when I was a daycare provider. I miss those little boogers :) After we spent some time in his backyard we went inside so he could show me his Christmas tree.

Happy Birthday Brady!!!
