Jose and Susana

These summer days have taken over my life. Sometimes I can't even function straight with Julian wanting milk, Jada wanting to play outside and two strangers in my kitchen making it look all nice and pretty... as I stress on how I've got so much work to do. :) .... life is good.

So on this day, I had the opportunity to enjoy a beautiful wedding without the stress. I was the second shooter for Christine of CW Photography. Second shooting for me is like a day all to myself. I shoot what I like, try different things, appreciate marriage and just be me.

Jose and Susana are probably some of the nicest people I have ever met. So in love. She is soft spoken and he's just a down to earth guy. It was a perfect day at the Fullerton Arboretum and just my type of wedding. Complete with Mariachi's and an 8 piece salsa band. I wish them all the best in life!

Heather & Heaven

Heather is one of the most amazing people I have ever known. She is so humble and optimistic. Her cup is always half full. I had the pleasure of photographing her and her very talented daughter Heaven for a special mother-daughter session. Heather has done an awesome job raising Heaven. I can only pray that Jada and I will share a similar relationship when Jada gets older. We started our day in my studio and then headed over to the infamous Creek Park, in La Mirada for some out door stuff.

Thanks for a great shoot girls and I look forward to watching Heaven on stage in the near future.

The Ackerman's

I met the Ackerman's a year ago, when Brady was 2. His mom had given up on taking him to the mall for photos, because it always ended up in a disaster. So I was back again this year for his 3 year old archiving. :) He's a lot of fun. He showed me all his cool toys like his Hot wheel scooter and Lighting Mc Queen Car. He even has his own personal sand box! Every kid wants one of those, those are like the coolest thing ever! ( Every time I'm around little ones, I think of all the little ones I watched when I was a daycare provider. I miss those little boogers :) After we spent some time in his backyard we went inside so he could show me his Christmas tree.

Leila and Matt

Leila and Matt were the picture perfect couple, straight out of a magazine. I was a second shooter, once again with the super fun Christine, of CW Photography. Leila and Matt choose the Pacific Edge Villa in Laguna Beach as their wedding location. The house was so beautiful and a perfect place for an intimate wedding. Their ceremony was just 4 minutes long!!! The fastest ceremony I've ever seen! But we managed to get the key shots. Then we headed onto the beach were the sun was setting so beautifully.
