This year is the first year I actually seriously photographed my parents. Sad, huh?? I know... but this year I got some really cool ones. I made my mom dress up and get all cute. We drove to the Getty looked at some art and played in the garden. She doesn't get out much, so I know she enjoyed it. Now she has cute pictures for what ever online dating site there is that is good...any suggestions? My mom is so sweet and young still. I really want her to find a nice man to hang out with. Go on dates and stuff. She always talks about doing things and she never does. This year it's my goal to make sure she follows through. :)
I also had the chance to photograph my father and his band this year. My dad has had a band since the 1968! So it was a must for me to get these photos. I have attempted this year to set up his website with the little knowledge I learned online and we need to step it up. If you know anyone that really knows how to do web design...please let them know I am looking.
It feels good to know I possess some really awesome photos of my parents. :) They are not getting younger... So I have to enjoy while they can.
