5th Annual South Gate Youth Fashion Show

Three years ago, I connected with a college friend Ceci Miranda through good o' myspace. I saw that she had put together a fashion show for the kids of South Gate and South East High school. But she didn't have any photos of her runway.
The fashion show is just one of the many events that go on during the week long Azalea festival in South Gate.

This year I took Jada to experience the fashion show with me and be a paparazzi along with 3 of the students from South Gate High. She had a good time, but didn't like that her Canon Rebel wasn't fast enough! I let the kids take turns shooting with the Mark II and the 40D.

It was a great experience for all. Here are a few images that we took.I also created a video with raw images to post on You Tube...check it out.
