Samantha

I first saw Samantha about a year ago at the Miranda Runway Productions Fashion Show. Her unique style really stood out to me. I liked her immediately. Then last October I ran into her again. I was shooting the South Gate High's 20th Class reunion. She was there taking pictures. I talked to her briefly and continued to work.
Soon after, I found out that she was Leticia's daughter. Leticia is the founder of South Gate R.O.C.K.S.( Recognizing Our Community Kids ) which is a non-profit organization for youth. Something I am very interested in and would love to do some day as my kids get older. Knowing that Samantha is an aspiring photographer, I offered to mentor her as much as I can.

We had a mini session near her house and she was able to just be herself and express her style. I look forward to working with her and helping her grow in photography. Here are some of our favorites from the session.
